DTG2Go is seeking an Entry-Level Key Account Supervisor to join our team in Lewisville, Texas. This position has a lot of room for growth!

• Adheres to the company’s shipment/delivery schedules;
• Works with department supervisors and leads to determine progress of work and completion dates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acts as the liaison between accounts and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
• Collaborates with management on the assigned account’s production at the resident facility.
• Work cross functionally with various teams to ensure alignment and joint ownership of production benchmarks.
• Strategically oversees the quality control process focusing on print quality and vendor compliance.
• Takes appropriate actions to streamline the approval of production for shipment within the SLA timeline.
• Participates in facility trainings and process protocols adoption.
• Monitors print fails and escalates continuous printing challenges to the management team.
• Oversees resident facility inventory levels: garment, trim, and finishing supplies.
• Gathers all due diligence to communicate potential delays and schedule misses immediately to initiate planning and communication with critical parties.
• Prepares accurate and detailed reporting based on key account workflow and provides timely updates, while working with Key Account Manager to analyze and understand any discrepancies and/or adjustments.
• Expedites problem workorders and finds creative solutions to day to day roadblocks.
• Trouble shoots production flaws and elevates them to the Key Account Manager for resolution.
• Manages and documents compliance activities in our PLM and other systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work autonomously at very high productivity levels.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and digest constructive criticism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and people skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time.
• Additional Skills such as design or technical background a bonus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
