Full description of the position

We're seeking a highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented individual who has strong customer service skills to join our Patient Accounts team. The Patient Accounts Representative will respond to patient concerns and resolve any billing issues that may arise. This position involves contacting patients by telephone and resolving their concerns in person and over the phone. The successful candidate will be a reliable self-starter who is comfortable working with a team, takes initiative and works well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to meet monthly revenue quotas.
• Use a computer terminal.
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with account managers, and medical staff.
• Prepare and maintain patient statements.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient health care records.
