Job Description

We are seeking driven and successful Sales professionals to join our Sales team. This position will focus on prospecting and developing new customers for our products and services in the Midwest market. You’ll build sales through a consultative process where you discover customer needs, determine whether those are best met through products we have in stock or custom products, bring in product experts if required, work with our team to meet customer needs. Customers will range from Fortune 500 to family-owned businesses in a variety of diverse markets. The uncapped commission structure is limitless.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Prospect, develop accounts and manage assets to achieve budgeted growth goals.
• Account Development: become a sustained resource through our value added sales capabilities.
• Supplier Relationships: source product and effectively utilize supplier relationships.
• Reporting: provide weekly sales report to allow collaboration with product development and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related discipline
• Multiple years of experience in consultative sales, working with medium to large businesses with sales cycles ranging from 3 months to 2 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to utilize a computerized system to track and monitor customer accounts, organize priorities and manage your calendar of events.
• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft products that include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
