SUMMARY

Sales Development Coordinator

Our Real Estate Business has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Development Coordinator. We are searching for talent! This is an exciting business opportunity to work for a top team and a top brokerage in the area.

We have been in business for over 18 years. Our team is comprised of 7 real estate agents with a range of experience and a talented administrative staff of 4.

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Coordinator will be responsible for converting leads into appointments, prospecting, and nurturing relationships to create potential clients for the Lisa Sisko Team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging in outbound calling, text messaging, email communication and other lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into appointments through outbound calling, text messaging, emails, and other lead generation activities.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients to build trust and credibility.
  • Conduct lead follow up with the goal to schedule an appointment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Lisa Sisko Team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
  • Report activity and results on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience preferred in the real estate or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and active listening.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, assertive, persuasive and service-minded
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales technology.
  • Strong learning mindset with a constant drive to gain more knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
