We are seeking a call center agents to join our team! This job will require you to call business owners through our leads and ask them a few questions to see if their business qualifies. No experience required!

Rapid Tax Solutions assists business owners during the business hours of 9:30 AM- 7PM, regarding a Covid-19 relief program through the government called ERC (Employee Retention Credit).

Responsibilities:

• Call Leads to business owners across the USA
• Educating and qualifying business owners for the ERC
• Fill out a simple applicating regarding a few questions from the business owner
• If business qualifies, you will be paid per application

Qualfications:

• As a Rapid employee, you must be enthusiastic when calling business owners to provide them a chance at qualifying for this program.
• As a Rapid employee, you must provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, through our website, text messages, social media, etc.
• Ability to effectively critical think and problem solve on the spot.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
