Location: Carrollton, TX
Salary: $50,000 Base + Commission

Sales Specialist (B2B sales exp. req.) Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Specialist to add to their team in Carrollton, TX. Reporting to the Owner, you will prospect clients and fully meet their needs. Our client is looking for someone who is energetic and likes to engage with people, has a B2B sales background. and likes to build lasting relationships. They will grow the commercial side of the business by nurturing existing accounts 40% of the time, prospecting for new clients 30 % of the time, and checking in on the production of services 30% of the time. Sales Specialist (B2B sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Prospect new customer accounts in assigned territory
• Manage customer accounts and relationships through job completion
• Follow through on the entire sales cycle (3-9 months)
• Work cross-functionally with the team to meet expectations
• Quote jobs and create bids
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
• Advise customers on-site or during calls
• Travel to client job sites
• Upsell clients wherever necessary for a complete job
• Manage production process to ensure client satisfaction

Sales Specialist (B2B sales exp. req.) Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required
• Ability to travel locally required (car allowance provided)
