Senior Sales Executive Job Description: Full Time

People, process, tools. It all starts with the right people. We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, goal achieving individual to join our sales team. This position is based out of our headquarters in Baltimore, MD with a hybrid schedule and some travel required.
Position Summary
The Senior Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, setting and going on meetings with prospects, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, closing deals and maintaining prospect satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive utilizes a consultative approach to meet the need of LINQ’s prospects.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Identifies business opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending conferences and other means.
- Meet annual quota expectations set by leadership.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system of prospective accounts.
- Negotiate and handle agreement objections to close deals.
- Collaborate with departments at LINQ to ensure accurate proposals to accounts.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Excellent presentation skills both in-person and on video
- Exceptional relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiating proficiency
- Prospecting skillset: ability to cold call and network face-to-face
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals both monthly and annually
- Creativity when it comes to prospecting new clients
- Sales planning and pipeline creation
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience
- This position requires travel once a month (1 – 3 nights)
- Microsoft Office Suite & Salesforce experience recommended
