Inside Sales Representative:
The BOSS is a family owned, multi-store/multi-territory building material supplier who serves Designers, Builders, Installers, and Home-Owners. With a focus on Flooring, Moulding, Siding, Decking & Fencing products, our clients span the gamut of our industry - bringing with them new ideas, needs, and expectations in a booming North Texas market!
The Role:
- Base $3200k/month + commission + bonus (typical pay is $65-$120K/year)

The Day-to-Day:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients
- Negotiate pricing agreements with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or account management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Proficiency in emerging technologies including social media
