As one of the leading kitchen and bathroom fixture wholesalers in California and Georgia, Duko dedicated to provide quality Kitchen Cabinets, Style Vanities, Stainless / Ceramic Sinks, and LED Mirrors to our contractor and wholesale customers with competitive price.

Duko is seeking reliable, self-motivated experienced Inside Sales Representative to maintain existing client relationships and develop new accounts to build on company market share. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, and the drive to work efficiently and expediently. We are looking for someone who learns quickly and works well with other people as a team.

Responsibilities

• Indoors sale
• Establishing contact with potential customers
• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
• Provide product information to customers
• Monitor industry trends in terms of color, style, size; identify emerging markets and develop plans

Job Duties:

• Invite contractors or wholesale customer to visit showroom, establish accounts, and close sales;
• Follow with any potential sales leads, including inactive accounts, to foster new business opportunities.
• Provide Kitchen Design Service thru Design 2020;
• Combine your sales experience with our product offerings to provide exceptional customer service.
• Consistently following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with clients.
• Back up on customer service team if help needed,
• Understand stock levels to ensure customer orders are handled effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience.
• Kitchen cabinets design experience needed.
• General proficiency with computers.
• Knowledge of 20/20 design is needed.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and presentation skills are a must.
• Spanish, Korean, or Vietnamese speaking is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Design 2020: 1 year (Preferred)
• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Kitchen Cabinets Design: 1 year (Required)
