Full description of the position

We are looking for a Front Desk Sales Rep to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Front Desk responsibilities include taking phone calls, taking orders, providing information on products, emailing customers, and managing pick-ups.

Responsibilities

• Manage order pick-ups
• Handle walk-in and inside sales
• Provide information about our products, decoration, and pricing.
• Respond to clients’ in a timely and professional manner

Skills

• Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Inside Sales or similar role
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, and basic computer literacy
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
