We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales & service person with a desire to make a difference in people???s lives. As our newest Customer Service & Sales Representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Salary Range: $45640.00 - $62128.00 per year

Hands On Training

• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
