Job Description:

Volvo Escondido, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales team, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Create and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Volvo product line and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive referrals
• Utilize your expertise in used cars, CDK, and Volvo to provide guidance and support to the sales team
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of used cars, CDK, and Volvo products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a successful sales team
• Proficient in data analysis and utilizing analytics to make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
