Sales Development Representative
Glance is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential
customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team and
Marketing to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in generating leads for the sales team. What You'll Do
- Develop a network of potential clients and strong relationships within assigned prospects
- Complete market research and develop warm leads
- Find and qualify target companies (leads) through cold calls, referrals, networking and prospecting
- Use product knowledge to convey the Glance solution
- Identify key contacts with target profile companies and convert to contacts
- Establish communication with contacts to arrange an introductory meeting. Inform key contact of Glance’s product value proposition
- Schedule an introduction meeting with the contact and an Account Executive
- Track all sales activities within Salesforce
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to the Sales Operations Manager
- Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
What You'll Need
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
