A Brief Overview
Trinet is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to our high-volume client base focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. The role acts as a retention expert and influences retention outcomes for an assigned portfolio to ensure quality solutions. The individual will work collaboratively with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Experience, Technology and Tax to elevate the customer experience, ensure that all interactions and deliverables support the customer's business, and identify new business opportunities.

What you will do
- Provides support and guidance to clients (SMBs) daily
- This role is a combination of reactive and proactive outreaches
- Client follow-up can include email, phone calls and video conferencing to effectively connect and educate clients on statuses and/or processes
- This role will have larger books of business with the number of touch points varying depending on the seasonality of the business cycle
- Engages in pricing and contract negotiations to secure agreement
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction and increase breadth and depth of C-Suite relationships
- Identifies client service opportunities and coordinates the execution of those services as appropriate
- Partners closely with the Sales, Tax, Technology and Customer Experience teams, for client support and improvement in service level
- Maintain complete records in Salesforce to document all client interactions accurately Bachelor’s degree desired in business, management or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience

The salary range for this role is $57,800 to $72,300. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
