Job description

We are one of Colorado’s largest trailer sales and service dealerships with a service center for trailers, RV's and campers. We are looking for someone to help support our trailer sales and administrative staff. This position would require that you be able to obtain a Colorado Motor Vehicle SALES license. We prefer an energetic detail-oriented person with a positive attitude that enjoys interacting with customers and other employees. This is an hourly position with the potential to earn bonuses and commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining our digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ensure online inventory for social media and websites are accurate and promote positive results
• Ensure sales dept completes and correctly submits documents to business office
• Verify sales contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Facilitate and complete trailer sales deals including offering theft and tire insurance.
• Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments.
• Assist with trailer sales to customers
• Answer phone & in person questions as needed.
• Learn and use the Dealer Management Software to maintain communications & follow ups with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to pay attention to the details and accuracy of your work.
• Must be willing to learn and use software programs including Google Workspace.
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain a Colorado State Motor Vehicle SALES LICENSE.
• Mindset for creative ongoing marketing ideas.
• Perform other job duties as requested by management
• Must be able to work 8-5 M-F.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
