Mighty Dog Roofing is looking for a couple of talented Salespeople to join our team who share our values of integrity and doing the right thing for our customers. • Commission and Bonuses.
• $1,000 per week for first month.

What is expected:

• Support our Mighty Pledge to homeowners including top dog communication, on-time service, cleanliness, and integrity.
• Meet directly with homeowners and business owners to inspect and document any storm damage.
• Create estimates based on industry-specific software, drone footage, and personal inspection of the roof.
• Ability to present and close sales agreements.
• Follow up on leads and generate new ones.
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle including lead generation, generating customer proposals, job day production oversight, insurance documentation, collection of customer payments, and ensuring job profitability.
• Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof.
• Ability to pass an FAA Drone exam and achieve license (company paid for).

What you'll bring:

• Great communication skills.
• Team player that is coachable and brings a positive attitude every day.
• Roofing sales experience, or similar work environment is preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to manage job profitability and ensure company success.
• Comfortable working alone with little to no supervision.
• Experience with CRM software and building customer proposals.
• Valid Driver's License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,120.00 - $175,980.00 per year
