Front of Store Excellence

As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

• Efficiently processing customer transactions with a smile
• Assisting customers with their shopping needs, making their experience memorable
• Organizing clothing racks and maintaining a visually appealing sales floor
• Keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and well-displayed
• Welcoming donors and providing them with itemized receipts when requested

Back of Store Brilliance

In addition to front-of-store duties, you'll also contribute to the behind-the-scenes operations, including:

• Assisting with donation intake, including removing donations from vehicles and sorting merchandise
• Sorting and categorizing donations into appropriate bins
• Evaluating the condition and suitability of non-clothing items for the sales floor
• Meeting clothing hanging quotas and ensuring organized racks for easy transportation
