Call Center Sales Agent

$1,500 SIGNING BONUS

NO REMOTE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Salary Range

$28,000 to $34,000 Base Annually Salary

PLUS Commission Rate is up to18% of Gross Profit

Expected 1st year income to be estimated at $42,000 TO $45,000

If you're engaging on the phone, charismatic, a go-getter and are ready to build a rewarding sales career, we can give you the tools to make it happen! As a Call Center Representative, you must be highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills.

You'll be trained in the industry of Freight Logistics / Transportation, as well as the basic concept of sales, in order to effectively convey information verbally, enhancing your negotiation and interpersonal skills.

What you'll do:

• Make 150 TO 200 outbound calls to businesses using our CRM
• Qualify Businesses to confirm requirements are met for shipping
• Generate rate requests while educating businesses about our freight services
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Follow phone scripting to ensure compliance
• Record responses and call outcomes in our CRM

Who you are:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred
