The Inside Sales Associate provides support for dealer accounts throughout Mathews Brothers’ primary market area, facilitating the education and growth of internal and external customers

Essential Job Functions

Provide pre-sales, post-sales and service support

Conduct dealer education and development over the phone and via e-mail

Create quotations for Mathews Brothers products using the BuildaWindoW quoting tool

Process quotations into production orders

Review client quotes and orders for possible errors, and review other sales associates’ work for possible errors

Resolve and communicate solutions to special requests and obstacles for clients once solutions have been approved

Skills/Experience/Training

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience in the building-products industry

Computer Aided Design experience a plus

Working knowledge of modern office procedures, practices and equipment, including the use of computers
