Royal Wholesale, the largest E-commerce confectionery wholesaler, is looking for a driven, outgoing and ambitious sales representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. By establishing strong relationships with every customer and potential customer, you'll help Royal Wholesale become the confectionery wholesaler of choice for businesses all over the world.

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, assisting customers with orders, answering customer inquiries and being a reliable and flexible team player. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with potential and current customer while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts
Respond to incoming calls and emails from potential customers
Assist in onboarding new customers
Assist with online orders
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Work alongside our sales manager to achieve sales goals
Make recommendations for new items to sell based on customers needs and feedback
Become familiar with and competent in using all features of our website
Make product recommendation to our team
Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent
3 years of prior sales experience
Related office experience preferred
PC proficiency in a Windows environment
