Job Description
The OccMed Sales Account Rep. is a key member of our staff acting as the face of the company when interacting with current and potential clients. The primary responsibilities of this position include growing our Occupational Medicine program by landing new clients in supporting their Occupational Health needs, providing the best experience possible for our patients and clients, supporting our business financial targets, and living out our Core Values.
Responsibilities
· Identify new business clients to increase Occupational Medicine growth in target markets
· First point of contact for clients in the territory
· Foster professional relationships and partnerships with target clients
· Ensure customer satisfaction through responsiveness to client needs and service concerns
· Coordinate visits/tours of prospective and target clients
· Lead On-site Clinical Visits
· Work with Market Coordinators in establishing client protocols
· Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, follow-up activity, etc. within assigned territory using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
· Support the overall growth plans and goals for Occupational Medicine
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Required Skills:
· High School Diploma or GED, College Degree preferred
· Energetic team player
· Strong and effective communication skills
· Independent worker with a disciplined work ethic
· Client Outreach experience, i.e., cold calling and cold stops at prospective customers
· 50-75% local and regional travel in MI
· Documentation skills and attention to detail
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work with staff members at all levels of the organization in a cooperative, team-oriented manner
· Ability to participate in initial and on-going training as required
· Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
· Conduct business in a service-oriented manner that is attentive, cooperative, sensitive, respectful, and kind in dealing with patients, clients, visitors, the general public, and all colleagues
