We’re a new and innovative residential painting company that is expanding quickly! And we're looking for one talented sales person to join our team!

Even though we operate a local painting company here in Cleveland OH, 99% of our sales are done virtually through Zoom or over the phone. So this will be a Fully Remote sales position!

For the last 3.5 years, we’ve run a marketing and sales coaching company that has worked with hundreds of painting companies across the country. Meaning we've already helped hundreds of painting companies with their marketing and sales process before starting our own.

We have the leads and the proven sales process, we just need an experienced sales closer who can come in and execute! This company has the foundation to take off like a rocket and provide you with a ton of opportunity for growth and income.

We’ve built a tight-knit team over here at Pathfinder Painting. We’re all about accountability, ethics, and transparency. We work really hard but also have some fun along the way. We’re looking for people who are world-class individuals in and outside of the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm daily appointments on your calendar
• Conduct virtual painting estimates via Zoom
• Execute a thorough discovery process using our framework and guiding the client to choose our company for their project
• Communicate effectively with our team, informing us of the results for each call and answering questions from admin team
• Fill out tracking sheets daily - the story is in the numbers

Requirements:

• Proven record of closing success with inbound leads in either B2B or B2C is a MUST
• Great listening skills with ability to hear what is not being said
• Detail oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high quality results
• Knowledge of the Cleveland area neighborhoods and suburbs
• Experience in any in-home services a plus

Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
