Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development activities to identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Present product information, pricing, and proposals to clients in a persuasive manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities
Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
