About us

Point Broadcasting LLC is broadcasting management company with several radio groups in Southern California. We are currently looking for Sales Account Executives to identify and develop new business opportunities for our eight radio stations in the Antelope Valley as well as digital advertising. Generate advertising revenue, grow and maintain active accounts, meet and exceed sales targets in a manner that will reflect a high level of professionalism and skill while selling and servicing the Palmdale-Lancaster area.

Job Summary

Point Broadcasting LLC is seeking individuals to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales position, be self-motivated, have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, new prospects, and referral partners.
• Indentify client needs and objectives and develop persuasive proposals to meet their needs and opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
• Manage customer expectations by following up on all aspects of orders or projects that require follow-up attention.

Experience:

Possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Individual must be self-motivated, goal-driven and creative, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. In addition:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales position (preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurance.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is preferred.
• Knowledge of computer skills. MS Office is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
