We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Development Representative to spearhead our efforts in expanding our presence in the EV market. If you have experience working with Ford and knowledge of GM and/or Stellantis, along with expertise in incoming quality, warehousing, logistics, and a strong network within the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in fostering partnerships with OEM manufacturers in the EV space, ensuring our continued growth and success in this exciting and transformative market.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to penetrate the EV market and establish strong relationships with OEM manufacturers.
  • Leverage your experience and connections within the automotive industry to identify and engage key stakeholders at Ford.
  • Explore opportunities to collaborate with the other OEMs (GM, Stellantis, Tesla, Rivian, BMW, etc.) leveraging your knowledge of their operations and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize warehousing and logistics processes for EV-related projects.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
  • Represent Accu USA at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our EV-focused initiatives.

About You:

  • Previous experience in business development, with a strong focus on the automotive industry.
  • Preferred experience working with Ford, and additional experience with GM and/or Stellantis is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of incoming quality processes for sorting and inspection, ensuring high product standards.
  • Experience in warehousing and logistics, especially within an automotive context, is a plus.
  • A robust network of contacts and relationships within the automotive industry to facilitate business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the EV market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
