What is the opportunity?

We have entry level sales recruitment positions available in our Fort Lauderdale office location.

How will you be compensated?

Compensation for this role is comprised of a combination of base salary, activity bonuses, and sales commissions.

First-year on target earnings are $80k - $100k and second-year on target earnings are $100k + for individuals who are successful in this position. Long-term potential? Our top performers earn upwards of $250k!

What can you expect if you join us?

• In your first 90 days you will play an active role in taking the initiative to complete a structured learning program that will be led by your sales leadership team. Through this program you will learn about the big picture of full-lifecycle recruitment, understanding and articulating the Jarvis difference, how to build your sales pitch, in-depth knowledge about your market, how to identify and qualify candidates, and so much more!

• This period will be a hands-on experience that is target and outcome driven, and you will be given a clear definition of what you are expected to achieve during this time. You will learn the essential sales and recruitment activities that will build the foundation of your business. PLUS - you will be rewarded with monthly bonuses, in addition to your base salary, for your commitment toward completing these activities successfully!

• You will dive right in! Most of the learning takes place on-the-job and will enable you with the tools to identify clients and leads within your core market and practice using and perfecting your sales pitch to sell our services and build your business.
