Title: Sales Assistant II

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

How you will make an impact:

• Provides phone support.
• Processes mail and maintains supplies.
• Prepares and logs proposals.
• Researches and resolves moderately complex claim and benefit issues. Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets.
• Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data.
• Generates sales reports.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of medical benefits
• Experience using MS products: Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Prefer experience analyzing data
