Sales/Office Representative

Everlasting Monument Company is looking for an individual to assist families with planning their permanent memorials for loved ones. This person will be responsible for basic office management, meeting with customers and guiding them to the appropriate memorial selection based upon their need or desires. This position has a high earning potential based on sales achieved.

Candidates must be professional, personable, customer focused, compassionate, self-disciplined, as well as dependable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact with families, funeral homes and cemeteries on behalf of Everlasting Monument Company promoting and selling monuments.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Assisting customers with monument design both in person and on the phone
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain files
• Writing up orders/contracts
• Answer phones

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
