Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and grow key accounts by building strong relationships with clients and team members
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

Experience:
- Preferred proven track record in sales, preferably in account management or business development roles
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline
- Experience in outside sales or field sales is highly desirable but not required.
- Construction sales or Roofing sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
