Successful, large State Farm Brett Bakken Agency in business for over 20 years located in Burien, WA is seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team of 8 for the inside office position of Customer Service & Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate and friendly customer service to existing customers for changes to their accounts, solve customer’s problems and provide answers, and cross sell additional lines they don’t have.
• Provide quotes and sell to new customers that walk in, email, are referred or call into our agency.
• We service what we sell. Focusing on our customers needs and making a difference in their lives.

Compensation and benefits

• $65,000 salary and bonus combined
• $250 monthly contribution towards medical and savings of your plan in addition to the compensation above.
• Full time M-F 8:30-5:00PM
• 20 days of paid time off
• 7 paid holidays
