Full description of the position

We are looking for experienced auto insurance agents.

Call Center Representatives that accurately provide quotes and close the sale of our well-known Car Insurance brands to both our current and new customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to get the customer the coverage they need.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of conversations in our agency management system in a comprehensible way
• Be teachable with on-the-job training and frequently attend educational meetings to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills

• Previous experience in auto insurance.
• Track record of over-achieving quotas
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening (bilingual in Spanish always a plus but not a requirement)
• Proficient with the computer and internet, familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree or higher
