Job Title: Domestic Business Development Manager
Job Location: Romulus, MI or Hebron, KY (East Central Region)

As a Domestic Business Development Manager, you will use a consultative selling strategy to understand the customers’ business, including their current situation and their future direction, and to propose a series of solutions and capabilities that exceed their needs and enhance their ability to drive improved business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing Market analysis for Domestic Product (performs competitor, customer and market research at area level)
• Initiates development of the Domestic market demand by identifying opportunities and securing targeted business.
• Develops and delivers solution designs and implementation for customer requests
• Drives county Domestic Business Development efforts and solutions
• Interacts with customers in alignment with Operations, leading negotiations and making presentations to
• external customers and the internal DGF organization
• Other duties as assigned

Skills / Requirements:

• BS/BA or minimum 5 years experience in Domestic operations
• Commercial experience is encouraged
• Experience in dealing with Regional Field Accounts
• Ability to drive and support Domestic RFP’s
• Microsoft Office experience with a strong focus on Power Point and Excel
• Must have exemplary presentation skills
• Liaise with the Manager USA Domestic Product/Business Development to identify, prioritize, target and win Domestic ‘Stand Alone’ and independent opportunities
• Ultimately, be the champion for growing Domestic business in the area
• Act as a mentor related to Domestic matters inside the Field Operations organization
