LBW Insurance and Financial Services is looking for a licensed, experienced Agent for our quickly growing company. We are accepting candidates with backgrounds in Commercial Property & Casualty OR Employee Benefits sales. Candidates do not need to be licensed or experienced in both, but that’s certainly a plus.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000 Base Salary Range + Unlimited commission potential

Requirements:

Current California Insurance License for Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health

Proven record of success in an Insurance Sales role. Ability and hunger to prospect and close business

Ability to identify, connect to, and converse effectively with Business Owners and High Net Worth Individuals

Knowledge of insurance carriers and their respective coverages.

Ability to assess the unique risks of each prospect/client to determine the correct coverages needed.
