Wholesale Account Coordinator
Bogner, known worldwide for exclusive and luxurious designer sports fashion, is seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Coordinator to join the Bogner of America team in our Burlington, VT location. Bogner offers the opportunity to be part of an international organization, but at the local level, where team members collaborate and job responsibilities are not limited to a single department or function.
The Wholesale Account Coordinator (WAC) provides the best possible customer experience for Business to Business (B2B) customer accounts at Bogner of America (BOA). The WAC is often the first point of contact for Bogner retailers who have questions or problems with our product, wholesale orders, or the administration of their account. The WAC is trained on Bogner’s product collections and how to access customer account information to answer customer inquiries. The WAC professionally handles various situations independently or by contacting the correct person to assist in handling the customer’s issue. The WAC also provides a significant amount of internal support to the BOA Team.
Essential Functions:
- Provide ongoing support and service to sales team and assigned retailers
- Input orders from retailers into Bogner’s ERP system
- Coordinate deliveries to US and Canadian customers in conjunction with sales team and 3PL warehouse staff
- Process returns and address warranty issues
- Satisfy report requests for customers and BOA team
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and interest on all Bogner collections and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate customer information and logistics process (i.e.; routing guides, special labels, fur and material documentation)
- EDI coordination with select customers
- Solve customer issues and complaints with a high level of professionalism
- Inform key customers of closeout and surplus inventory to maximize sell through
- Provide support and service to marketing team for meeting product sample and photoshoot requests
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- College degree preferred; high school diploma required,
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Teamwork
- Ability to approach work with a continuous learning mentality and strive to learn and apply new skills, methods, and processes
- Proven skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate with customers over the phone and via email in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner
- Good organizational skills; detail oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and coworkers, even in demanding situations
- Ability to learn and effectively use inventory and EDI systems
