Sales and Marketing Counselor Full Time- On Site

Essential Responsibilities:
- Works to meet goals and performance metrics. This effort includes both conducting and monitoring measurable sales critical success factors, compliance to the sales board, quotas, and occupancy for Assisted Living and AL Memory Support levels of care
- Embraces a culture of continuous self-improvement and self-correction
- Responds to requests for information in a timely manner with a high sense of urgency
- Assists with healthcare marketing campaigns and advertising for AL and MS
- Conducts a minimum of (6) EVENTS per year that drive the book of business with adult children, prospects and referral sources.
- Conducts Outreach referral appointments with Businesses that will likely refer to Assisted Living and Memory Support, such as stand-alone IL Communities, Realtors, Elder Care Attorney’s, etc.
- Adopts the DEI Sales Board system for selling techniques and is responsible for both inside sales and outside sales on the Sales Board for Assisted Living and Memory Support.
Education: Bachelor’s degree with experience working in the Assisted Living Industry.
Experience: Two years in senior living inside sales, marketing and outreach experience preferably in healthcare
QUALIFICATIONS: Expert at analyzing data,Technically savvy, Strong critical thinking skills as it applies to sales outcomes, Advanced knowledge of the use of CRMs in the sales process, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong organizational and customer service skills, Ability to problem solve
