Description:
Key point of contact between Apple Rock and its clients to promote products and services to new and existing customers

Duties and Responsibilities

40% Developing relationships with prospects and current clients. Communicate with target clients, current clients, and past clients with by meeting in person, on the phone, or at trade shows. Attend 3-5 networking events per month. Keeping track of customer activity in software tool (Exact). The ability to learn and begin presenting designs and estimates to clients. The goal is to build and grow client relationships.

15% Preparing requests forms to document clients vision for their trade show exhibit for our internal design and estimation departments. Reviewing line drawing, color rendering and estimate before presentation to customer.

15% Submit handover request: To include exactly what was sold to the client with the following: project summary and production form, updated rendering, estimate, job cost sheet, invoice, method of payment, internal order form, vendor quotes, and graphic specs.

15% Maintain client satisfaction. Attending kick off meeting with the production team. Attending customer preview to make sure expectations are met. Following up with the customer after the show or install. Must be comfortable collecting client payments.

15% Ongoing training / department meetings / weekly progress check in with your manager. Assist with VP of Sales to manage Sales Department, Meetings, Events, and

Reporting for Sales Account Executives.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing preferred, but not required

Prior sales experience, 5-7 years

Previous trade show or selling creative products (tangible) is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
