Full description of the position

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Processes sales orders on a daily basis, in accordance with the company procedures
  • Contact new clients with relevant information about their request and order fulfillment
  • Evaluate information to determine if feedback constitutes a complaint
  • Maintain content, accuracy and visual organization of files (or informational databases)
  • Handle departmental projects as assigned

    • Required Experience / Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Business/ Sales and Marketing a competitive advantage.
    • Experience in the Medical Device/Dental industry preferred
    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
