Job Summary: Hybrid role- LOCALS ONLY
The primary role of the Pre-Sales Solutions Director is to lead a team of Solution Architects to support the sales team to grow new revenue across the US and International Market, integrating and building state of the art solutions for our multinational market (MNCs). Provides direction and knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The Pre-Sales Solution Director, as the leader of the Pre-Sales area, has to work with the Sales Leads and support the Account Managers to:
- Develop sales strategy from a solution perspective.
- Qualify complex opportunities.
- Build and articulate compelling multi-pillar solutions that address identified customer needs.
- Ensure the risks and costs associated with each sales opportunity are fully understood and addressed.
- Assist in closing opportunities promptly.
- Work with the Account Teams to:
- Prioritize opportunity coverage of the team.
- Build a business strategy and take action items for the team.
- Work with the internal functional areas and the Executive team to:
- Continuously improve the quality of the direct reports’ solution outputs
Job Duties
- To sell the company solutions alongside the team and the sales team.
- Applies consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities.
- Effectively communicates with the customer from technical level to C- level.
- Drives proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
- Effectively communicates and articulates the details of the proposed customer solution.
- Establishes the validity of a solution and its components with both the short and long-term — implications when proposing recommended solutions.
- Collaborates effectively (internally and externally) with others to ensure active solution development and design.
- Works proactively and builds relationships with other lines of business and within our customer base.
- Anticipates and plans for competitive threats, customer objections, and internal obstacles.
- Works with Operations and Customer Care to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Works with disparate groups including, but not limited to, sales, delivery, customers, risk management, business development, product management, marketing.
- Opportunity progress reporting/tracking for Business Management.
- Ability to navigate internal tools and process providing required assistance to the team
- Accomplishes presales support engineering human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves sales engineering support operational objectives by contributing sales engineering support information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining sales engineering support system improvements; implementing change.
- Assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; maintaining ethical practices, technical information, KPIs in the company’s repository; implementing new procedures.
- Product knowledge and proper understanding according to customer needs.
- Connectivity, Collaboration, Mobility, and Security Solutions.
- Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, SOC services and Data Migration.
- SDN, SDWAN, NFV, and service chain solutions.

- 10+ years of experience with technology solutions.
- Demonstrates professional & technical depth and credibility.
- Excellent communication skills (both in-person and over the phone)

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills (Bilingual – English & Spanish are essential)
- Analysis ability.
- CCDP and CCNP preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

- Pay Range: $160,000 - $200,000 / year based on several factors including but not limited to education and work experience.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated above. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
