Full description of the position

The Ticket Sales Representative coordinates inbound and outbound tickets sales call for season tickets, group clients and individual game purchasers. This is a seasonal role beginning in August 2023 and ending in August 2024, covering the Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training season and the Dunedin Blue Jays Minor League Season.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Books appointments and conducts outside sales meetings

· Make inbound and outbound ticket sales calls

· Responsible for individual ticket sales goals

· Assists in renewing Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training Season Ticket Memberships

· Utilizes TicketMaster and Archtics ticketing systems

· Helps to resolve ticketing-related customer service issues

· Works with third party ticketing companies to resolve issues

· Assists in the development of ticket and benefit packages and marketing materials

· Attend Blue Jays community events

· Deliver pocket schedules and other marketing collateral

· Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

· Post Graduate or Diploma

· Minimum 1 year related experience, preferably in a ticketing-related capacity

· Experience with TicketMaster and Archtics ticketing systems is an asset

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills

· Highly motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude

· Strong time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment

· Valid Driver’s License

· Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines

· Strong customer service skills

· Must be available for some holidays, nights and weekends as required
