Steel Structures America, Inc. specializes in constructing commercial, agricultural and residential post frame steel buildings. In addition, we construct Red Iron Steel buildings and Light Gauge Steel Buildings. We are presently conducting business throughout the Pacific Northwest as well as Colorado. Currently, we are looking for an Outside Sales Representative/Project Manager to join our Colorado team! This candidate will be selling to potential customers located throughout our southern Colorado region. This is a contract position and is paid by commission only.

The Outside Sales Representative/Project Manager Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their qualifications for building.
• Sells post-frame structures by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions and design ideas.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending design options
• Identifies possible efficiencies for design layouts.
• Prepares Contracts, addendums, sketches and collects payments.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking practices.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
