Qualifications for the Commercial Lines Insurance Service Agent:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
• At least 3+ Customer Service or Account Management experience is preferred
• Successful candidate will be a self-starter
• The ability to plan, organize and adapt within a multitasking environment
• Highly detail-oriented
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid product knowledge for larger complex accounts
• Dedication to continuous self education
• Quality team improvement

Responsibilities for the Commercial Lines Insurance Service Agent:

• Client relationship management
• Company relationship management
• Marketing of new and renewal business
• Accountability for specified elements of clients' service plans
• Handle initial claim reporting
• Policy accuracy verification
• Exposure analysis
• Account rounding
• Maintenance of accounts in agency management system (Applied)
• Participation in high performance account teams
• Innovative team participation to heighten client experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
