Job Title: Inside Sales Representative for Lawn Care Services

Job Description:

Our lawn care company is seeking a talented and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work out of our office and be responsible for selling lawn care services to both new and existing clients over the phone. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in inside sales, be a strong communicator, and have a passion for selling and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Sell lawn care services to existing clients over the phone
• Cold call prospective clients and follow up on leads
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Requirements:

• At least one year of successful experience in inside sales or telemarketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation:

We are offering a full-time position that pays a starting hourly rate of $18, which amounts to $720 per week. On top of that, there is a weekly bonus of $200 for meeting sales targets.
