Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is the fastest growing business unit of Jacuzzi, Inc.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us manage our team of Outside Sales Representatives in Atlanta, GA . We are hoping to find a Sales Manager who is motivated by developing a team oriented culture and has excellent performance management abilities.

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing day to day sales process and sales implementation of an Outside Sales team (Average size team is 12). The Sales Manager will drive sales revenue, participate in recruiting, hiring, team development and performance management.

Sales Manager Duties:

• Lead a team culture environment
• Manage sales revenue through planning to ensure the team is properly equipped and staffed to achieve Net Sales objectives.
• Assist with training all team members
• Responsible for following up on performance plans to develop team members
• Participate in continual ride along with team members
• Managing and monitoring cancelled installations; completes calls to save customers.
• Experience in home improvement sales is required, bath industry is highly preferred.
