Sweet Relish, a leading provider of Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) lead generation and management services. We are looking for Remote/Hybrid Telemarketing Representatives that can get interested car and truck buyers into our clients' showrooms so they can get the vehicle or service they need.

This position is currently remote; however, we do have an office in Hickory, NC and in Davidson, NC. Occasionally we meet in the office for training, so we ask that all applicants be in driving distance of these locations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Getting prospective car buyers into car dealerships (setting appointments)
• Making 25-35 outbound calls / hour to "warm leads" using our easy-to-use Sweet Relish software-based dialer and lead management system
• Following-up with buyers that have called, texted, or e-mailed you back
• Learning and using our call scripts to overcome objections and set appointments that lead to more commissions for you
• Working with our BDM's (Business Development Managers) to get buyers the information they need and transfer "hot opportunities" directly to the dealerships
• Meeting your daily call volume and call quality targets
• Working Saturday rotations

Skills Required

• 2 Years or more of outbound telemarketing experience
• Ability to overcome stalls and objections to achieve sales targets
• A pleasant voice with the ability to speak and communicate clearly
• Basic computer skills
• High school degree

Preference Will Be Given to Candidates That Have:

• Formal sales training
• Automotive sales training
