Full description of the position

At Veracity, we are seeking an exceptionally talented Account Executive that is a high visibility position responsible for providing top-notch account management to our best-in-class clients. The Account Executive will implement business development initiatives, grow, and improve client relationship management and generate successful sales growth. The Account Executive will place a strong emphasis on managing sales representatives, cold calling potential clients, and overall growth strategies. Responsibilities:
  • Achieve manageable targets, manage the business for each client(s) assigned implement
marketing strategies and analyze trends and results to achieve goals.
  • Own and drive revenue growth; identify opportunities, utilize forecasting methods, and align
business unit resources to secure those opportunities.
  • Meet and/or exceed Clients’ goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotional
volume.
  • Manage sales representatives by monitoring daily tasks, providing goals, and having weekly
meetings to ensure the team stays focused.
  • Expand business into bigger areas and their surrounding cities.
  • Visit client locations, ensure your clients are your main priority by making sure they are always
satisfied.
  • Create and oversee a team that will work together to build relationships with clients and grow
Veracity.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of Account Executive experience preferred
  • Demonstrates commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations, effectively solicits
and responds to the needs of the customer both external and internal.
  • Working knowledge of setting objectives, structured tasks. and establishes priorities.
  • Works cooperatively with others toward common group objectives, demonstrates respect for the ideas and contributions of other team members, cultivates positive relationships with other
Associates, and provides assistance and support to others.
  • Strong multitasking and written/verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive Salary, Plus Yearly Merit
