Express Employment Professionals Butler County is currently seeking a Inside Sales Assistant to fill an immediate 1st Shift opening in West Chester, OH!

Inside Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Track open customer orders and expedite with suppliers, obtain price and delivery quotations from vendors
• Develop knowledge and understanding of culture, sales, and product lines in preparation for promotion into sales and/or customer service role
• Resolve sales, administrative problems, inquiries, analyze data, and identifying solutions
• Research price and delivery options with suppliers
• Provide overall support to the sales team to include data entry
• Coordinate projects assigned by sales and management teams
• Other duties as assigned by management

Inside Sales Assistant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales or administrative experience preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Must have computer proficiency with strong Excel and Outlook experience
• Ability to maximize resources and drive results
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• ·Ability to multi-task
• ·Self-Motivated
• Attention to detail

Inside Sales Assistant Compensation: Up to $17 hour based on skills and experience
