Now Hiring - SC House Calls - Community Liaison (Account Rep) in Charleston, SC

Full description of the position

We are seeking experienced Liaisons to travel the tri-county area. Community liaisons will be of service to our providers, patients, families and referral sources throughout the low country. Liaisons are responsible for managing referrals, hospital discharges and hospital readmissions.

We have the following service areas available:

• Summerville Area
• Mt. Pleasant and small surrounding areas

This is a full-time salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. Liaisons will also have monthly goals to meet. This is a full-time 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday). Occasionally there will be after-hour special events.

Strong communication and follow-through between providers, medical assistants, referral sources and patients is a must. This position includes many other company benefits!

• Marketing & Sales Experience Required
• Computer Technology Skills Required
• EMR Experience Preferred (Athena EMR experience a plus!)
• Organization Skills Required
• Strong Communication Skills Required
• Must have excellent customer service skills!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• EMR systems: 2 years (Preferred)
• Athenahealth: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare: 2 years (Required)
• Home Health and Hospice: 1 year (Preferred)
• Marketing and Sales: 2 years (Required)
