General Summary: As a Montbell Boulder Store sales associate, you will provide a complete and memorable shopping experience by spreading the message of our "Light & Fast®" and "Function is Beauty" values, outdoor product knowledge and maintaining our exceptional standard of customer service.

Primary Responsibility:

• Customer Service is the number one responsibility as a sales associate.
• Maintain a clean and neat environment for our customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Merchandising throughout the store to represent our product.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Daily duties such as receiving and transferring items.
• Keeping up to date on products and their uses.

Physical Requirements:

• Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time to operate daily floor duties and more.
• Ability to regularly perform store maintenance such as sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, & cleaning.
• Ability to safely lift boxes up to 55 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
