Inside Sales Representative

Our premier surgical clinic is seeking a talented inside sales representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making 60-80 productive sales calls per day to potential patients and converting those calls into scheduled procedures.

This is an office-based position at our location in Alpharetta GA. We seek a well-spoken, consultative individual with excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of experience in consultative sales. The ideal candidate is motivated and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Make 60-80 productive outbound sales calls per day to identify, qualify, and assess potential patient leads
• Answer patient inquiries and address concerns about procedures
• Utilize sales skills to close patients and schedule surgical procedures
• Upsell patients on additional procedures or services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales goals
• Take thorough notes during sales calls in our CRM system (Salesforce experience required)

Requirements:

• Proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is a must!
• Strong typing and note-taking skills are a must!
