We have been providing homeowners with an unparalleled level of service and integrity over the years. We are growing rapidly and we are looking to add new Roofing Account Managers/Sales Reps for our Leander office.

In this role you would:

• Representing homeowners throughout the process of having their roof replaced due to storm damage, providing detailed and accurate information, and quality control the whole way through.
• In the field gaining new clients through door to door sales with free roof inspections.
• Manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Updating multiple accounts, following up with leads and referrals on a daily basis, time management is key.
• Be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs (~15 minute roof inspections)

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Be 21 years of age or older due to our vehicle insurance policy and a good driving record.
• Be able to commute to our Leander, TX office daily.
• Be able to get on-top of residential one story and two story roofs to preform roof inspections. (proper training would be provided)
• Desire to determine your own income based on your efforts.
• Have a clean and presentable appearance, as we are working with homeowners daily.
• Be positive, driven, confidant, and comfortable talking with just about anyone.
• Punctuality and professionalism are a must.
• Must have reliable transportation, too and from work.
• Must be available to work Monday- Friday, 9:00am to Sundown. 1 hour paid lunch.
